How to use
After cleansing, pour a small amount onto a cotton pad and gently sweep over the face. Follow with your serum or moisturizer. Avoid the eyes.

One light layer after cleansing
The toner uses 13.1% centella extract alongside 20,000 ppm niacinamide, equal to 2%. Its fluid format suits the early part of a routine, before richer creams. A little on a cotton pad lets you apply it evenly without adding several layers.

The 15.2% LIPO GLUTA NIAC CEN figure describes the combined centella, niacinamide and glutathione blend. It is not the niacinamide concentration alone. That distinction makes comparison with other toners much more useful.
